RAMA PINING FOR SITA

Rama and Lakshmana reached the Pampa lake. It was beautiful with water Lilly's, lotuses and fish. Creepers with flowers-blossoms, trees with full of fruits the sounds of insects and birds gave it an ethereal beauty. Seeing this, Rama was reminded of Sita and her separation from him. He wept bitterly.
