VEDA VYASA PROPOGATES VEDAS THROUGH HIS FOUR SONS

 

VedaVyasa who was the son of Parasara, organized the Vedas into four different streams namely Rig, Sama, Yajur and Adharva. He had four sons named Pila, Jaimini, Vysampayana and Sumantha. They learnt the Vedas (in that order) from their father and propogated them through out the world.
